Workflow access
TrackTuner provides Arrangement MIDI and Drum Arrangement MIDI workflow exports for use inside the DAW. Included access may be available during the launch period.
Users may request refunds for accidental purchases, technical issues or billing mistakes.
Refund requests
Refund requests can be submitted by email. TrackTuner aims to resolve refund requests fairly and without unnecessary friction.
If you experience technical problems, accidental charges or unexpected billing behavior, contact support and we will review the request manually.
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy using the original payment method whenever possible.
Suggested refund guidelines
Refunds are normally reviewed within a few business days. Abuse, fraud or repeated misuse may result in denied access. Exported MIDI workflow files remain subject to the TrackTuner Terms of Service.
